Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and a person will reply, usually within two business days. It helps if you include your iOS version, your device, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Common questions

My sessions aren't showing on my other device

Sessions sync to your account, so signing in on another device brings them across. Routines, goals and your weekly schedule are stored on the device that created them and do not sync yet.

RCVRY isn't reading my Apple Health data

Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → RCVRY and confirm the categories you want are switched on. RCVRY only ever reads from Apple Health; it never writes. Health data is analysed on your device and is never uploaded.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Export My Data produces a complete machine-readable file you can share or keep. You do not need to contact us for it.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and your cloud data, and wipes the sessions, routines and selfies held on that device. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

I think my data is wrong

You can edit or delete any individual session from the Activity tab. If a recovery score or trend looks wrong, it is an estimate from your own logged history rather than a clinical measurement — it needs a few weeks of data before it settles.

Health and safety

The therapies RCVRY tracks carry real physical risk. The full health warning is in the app under Settings → Health Warning, and in the Terms of Service. RCVRY is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
